Wings Recipe - Indonesian Inspired Sauce and Classic Buffalo Sauce
Wings I've been craving wings for a while now, and I just had to cook some tonight. It also seemed like the perfect dish for our first post because there are so many directions you can take wings by getting creative with the sauces. So, we thought what better way to show Indonesian-American cooking than taking an American classic like wings and putting an Indonesian twist on it! Enjoy! Note: Kecap manis is a rich, dark, syrupy, and sweet soy sauce used abundantly in Indonesian cooking. You can find it at your local Asian Market. We prefer ABC brand over anything else!
